Excellent service. Had my truck stuck deep in the mud out in the sticks. Central State has a a specialized jeep just for these types of recoveries. After being stuck for hours I gave them a call and he had me out and on my way in no time. Pretty sure I’d still be there otherwise.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Tyler went above and beyond. He called to confirm the problem and location of my vehicle which was stuck in a snowy ditch, and I also lost the keys. Not only did he just let me drop him a pin of the vehicle location while I stayed in my warm house, he came within a short period of time and also brought a large magnet and searched in the surrounding area in the deep snow for the keys! He even checked the inside of my car just in case. I asked for a tow to the dealership so I could get a new key fob made, instead he suggested a mobile key cutting service that would come to my house and cut and program the fob for half the price of the dealership. He was so nice and helpful, the kind of above and beyond, trustworthy service you always hope for.

Excellent and professional. Blew our water pump north of Lena, needed to get our pick up with 3 dogs back to Green Bay to fix it. We called Central State, he was actually on his way home from dinner with his spouse but was prompt and reliable. Extremely reasonably priced and nice. I highly recommend him. Truck broke down on 41 South in Suamico. Heavy traffic on a Friday afternoon. I recently had back surgery and am using a cane. Tyler (I think that's his name) made sure I was safe and helped me into his wrecker while he was loading my truck. He then drove me to the next exit where there was a gas station and waited there until my ride arrived. He then made sure I was able to get down from his truck. After he dropped my truck at my mechanic in Menominee he text to let me know it was there. Awesome service, polite and professional!

He was very kind, got to my vehicle fast, and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong in the time it took for him to get it on the truck. When I first called he helped me find the nearest open shop on a Saturday. When we got there he walked in with me and described the issue so that the shop knew exactly what was wrong. I can’t think of a way the service could have been better and would highly recommend using this company.
